32 Smith is now recognised as a 6 Star Green Star Design and has achieved a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy (6.0 stars equivalent NABERS Energy with GreenPower rating using self-surrendered LGCs), demonstrating a strong commitment to reducing the environmental footprint of the tower.

This building runs on 100% renewable electricity and is carbon neutral certified.
