On 2nd June 2022, The GPT Group cut the opening ribbon at its recently developed 32 Smith Street office tower development in the Parramatta CBD. Darug Traditional Custodian representatives Erin Wilkins and Cindy Laws who collaborated on this project led the Welcome to Country and the Lord Mayor for Parramatta Donna Davis, state government MPs Julia Finn, Geoff Lee and Steven Bali joined GPT’s partners, key tenants and team to officially open the building.
Situated on Darug Country in Parramatta’s evolving CBD, the new state-of-the-art building offers 26,800sqm across 27 floors of high quality office space and includes our flexible workspace solution, Space&Co. The building has leading sustainability credentials, achieving 6 Star Green Star Design and As Built ratings by the Green Building Council of Australia and a 5 Star NABERS Energy rating.
